In order to be considered for admission into a foster care camp, a child shall meet the following criteria:

1. (1) be between the ages of eight and 17 years old;
2. (2) be physically able to participate in a camping experience; and
3. (3) voluntarily consent to admission, recognizing/understanding the need for a therapeutic camping experience.
