The parties to the hearing may agree in advance to simplification of issues by:

1. (1) eliminating issues to be contested at the hearing,
2. (2) accepting the validity of certain proposed evidence,
3. (3) accepting the findings in some other case with relevance to the case at hand, or
4. (4) agreeing to such other matters as may expedite the hearing.
