1. (a) The priority categories for the order of selection for services for eligible individuals are as follows:

   1. (1) Category One - Individuals with the most significant disabilities;
   2. (2) Category Two - Individuals with a significant disability; and
   3. (3) Category Three - Individuals with a non-significant disability.
2. (b) An individual's priority category is determined when eligibility is determined as outlined in Rule .0505 of this Section.
