1. (a) All sleeping units shall provide at least the following space:

   1. (1) 30 square feet per person;
   2. (2) 30 inches between sides of beds.

2. (b) A minimum of the following shall be provided:

   1. (1) one shower head for each ten individuals;
   2. (2) one flush toilet for each ten individuals; and
   3. (3) one handwashing facility, adjacent to toilet facilities, for each 20 individuals.
