1. (a) Each facility shall have the capacity to serve a minimum of three individuals.

2. (b) Client bedrooms shall have at least 80 square feet for a single occupancy and the following additional square feet for clients' children:

   1. (1) 40 square feet for each infant and toddler;
   2. (2) 60 square feet for each pre-school age child; and
   3. (3) 80 square feet for each child above age six.
