1. (a) Each facility shall provide or have access to the following services:

   1. (1) individual, group or family therapy for each client;
   2. (2) educational counseling, including schools for minors;
   3. (3) vocational counseling;
   4. (4) job development and placement;
   5. (5) money management;
   6. (6) nutrition education; and
   7. (7) referrals to supportive services including Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, legal counseling, vocational training and placement.
2. (b) The facility shall have a written schedule for daily routine activities.
3. (c) The facility shall establish a schedule for the provision of treatment and rehabilitation services.
4. (d) Before discharging the client, the facility shall complete a discharge plan for each client and refer each client who has completed residential treatment to an outpatient or residential/rehabilitation facility.
