Prohibition Against Redisclosure

(a) Agencies disclosing confidential information pursuant to G.S. 122C‑52 through G.S. 122C‑56 shall inform the recipient that redisclosure of such information is prohibited without client consent.
(b) A stamp may be used to fulfill this requirement.
