For all Medicaid applicants who have a face-to-face interview at the county department of social services, the Income Maintenance Caseworker shall explain and make referrals for:

1. (1) Health Check;
2. (2) Family planning services;
3. (3) Food stamps;
4. (4) Governmental benefits including RSDI, SSI, VA;
5. (5) Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC);
6. (6) Carolina ACCESS;
7. (7) Medicaid Transportation;
8. (8) Life Line/Link-up;
9. (9) Health Insurance Premium Payment program; and
10. (10) Voter Registration.
