If provided on site, the following facilities and equipment shall be available for the provision of nutrition services:

1. (1) space that allows for confidential interviewing and counseling;
2. (2) nutrition guidelines and means of nutrient analysis; and
3. (3) educational materials, as deemed appropriate by the program's dietitian/nutritionist, for patient distribution and use during nutrition therapy counseling.
