The following equipment shall be available and operable for the provision of exercise assessment and therapy:

1. (1) ECG and oscilloscope;
2. (2) blood pressure cuff and stethoscope;
3. (3) large clock with sweep second hand;
4. (4) blood glucose testing equipment; and
5. (5) equipment for the performance of anthropometric measurements such as skinfold caliper, stadiometer, tape measure, and physician's scale.
