1. (a) The Director of the Division of Archives and Records may for good cause remove any person from the list of professional researchers.

2. (b) The term "good cause" as used in this Rule shall mean:

   1. (1) misrepresentation of credentials or services to be provided; or
   2. (2) more than three complaints in a one-year period from patrons about the work of the researcher.
