R8‑05 INSPECTION OF PLANT AND EQUIPMENT

1. (a) Each utility shall maintain its plant, distribution system and facilities at all times in proper condition for use in rendering safe and adequate service.

2. (b) Each utility shall, upon request of the Commission or the Public Staff, file with it a statement regarding the condition and adequacy of its plant, equipment, facilities and service in such form as may be required by the Commission.
