R6‑06 DISPOSITION OF GAS

1. (a) All gas sold by a utility shall be on the basis of meter measurement unless otherwise authorized by the Commission.
2. (b) Wherever practicable, consumption of gas within the utility itself, or by administrative units associated with it, shall be metered.
