R2‑43 SERVICE OF PAPERS

Any citation, summons, subpoena, order or process issued by the Commission in any proceeding may be served:

1. (1) By any peace officer authorized to serve process.
2. (2) By any person designated by the Commission to serve the same.

3. (3) By certified or registered mail.
