2. (b) The program will cooperate with and complement the department's ongoing program of local planning and management provided through the division of community assistance.
3. (c) Services may be provided by other public agencies when it is in the best interests of total program and total service delivery to complement the program and obtain assistance from other agencies. Specific opportunities exist to obtain assistance from forestry extension, and possibly other agencies.
