1. (a) For the purpose of the rules in this Subchapter, the following regulations and standards are hereby incorporated by reference including any subsequent amendments and editions:

   1. (1) 9 C.F.R. Part 55;
   2. (2) 9 C.F.R. Part 81;
   3. (3) 9 C.F.R. Part 86; and
   4. (4) The United States Department of Agriculture's Chronic Wasting Disease Program Standards (May 2019).
