- (7) Collected Plant Certificate‑‑PP7;
- (8) Stop Sale Notice‑‑PP8;
- (9) Nursery and Collected Plant Inspection Report‑‑PP9;
- (10) Plant Material Shipping Tag‑‑PP10;
- (11) Application To Import Tobacco Plants‑‑PP11;
- (12) Nursery Registration Certificate‑‑PP12;
- (13) Plant Inspection Certificate‑‑PP13;
- (14) Notification Of the Intent To Import Vegetable Plants‑‑PP14.
