A grain dealer shall issue and make available to the producer a scale ticket within a reasonable time, not to exceed 24 hours after the delivery of grain. The scale ticket shall include at least the following information:
- (1) grain dealer's name and address;
- (2) producer's name and, where applicable, producer's address;
- (3) date;
- (4) consecutive ticket number;
- (5) type of grain;
- (6) gross, tare, and net weight;
- (7) whether the grain is inbound or outbound;
- (8) truck or trailer license number;
- (9) type of transaction, clearly indicating whether the grain is sold or stored;
- (10) signature of grain dealer or his agent, representative or employee;
- (11) base price per bushel, where applicable;
- (12) grade factors, where applicable;
- (13) deductions, where applicable; and
- (14) net price and total amount paid, where applicable.
