A grain dealer shall issue and make available to the producer a scale ticket within a reasonable time, not to exceed 24 hours after the delivery of grain. The scale ticket shall include at least the following information:

1. (1) grain dealer's name and address;
2. (2) producer's name and, where applicable, producer's address;
3. (3) date;
4. (4) consecutive ticket number;
5. (5) type of grain;
6. (6) gross, tare, and net weight;
7. (7) whether the grain is inbound or outbound;
8. (8) truck or trailer license number;
9. (9) type of transaction, clearly indicating whether the grain is sold or stored;
10. (10) signature of grain dealer or his agent, representative or employee;
11. (11) base price per bushel, where applicable;
12. (12) grade factors, where applicable;
13. (13) deductions, where applicable; and
14. (14) net price and total amount paid, where applicable.
