For the purposes of applying equitable rental rates based on the purposes for which the facilities are used, an event shall be classified in one of the following categories by Western North Carolina Agricultural Center Manager:

1. (1) Agricultural. Any event in which the central theme of the event relates to agriculture in North Carolina or any event given by an agriculture‑related organization or group.
2. (2) Non‑Agricultural. Any event that does not fall within the classification of agricultural event.
