As used in this part, the following definitions apply:

1. (1) "Board" means the fish, wildlife, and parks crimestoppers board created in 2-15-3404.
2. (2) "Department" means the department of fish, wildlife, and parks.
3. (3) "Program" means the fish, wildlife, and parks crimestoppers program created under 87-5-605.
