Definitions

En. Sec. 1, Ch. 581, L. 1981.

Unless the context requires otherwise, in this part the following definitions apply:

(1) "Basin" means the Yellowstone River basin.
(2) "Compact" means the Yellowstone River Compact provided for in 85-20-101.
