- (1) The department may enter into cooperative working agreements with state, county, city, and town departments and their political or departmental subdivisions to facilitate the performance of its functions or duties.
- (2) This section permits the department to establish cooperative working agreements with health departments, sanitarians, or health officers when special investigations, sampling, or analyses are considered advisable.
