1. (1) The department shall, immediately after the adoption of rules establishing grades fixing dockage, supply all warehouse operators with a copy of the grades and rules. A warehouse operator shall keep a copy on file in a convenient place in each warehouse. If an office is maintained in connection with the warehouse, a copy of the grades and rules shall be kept on file in the office. A placard notice must be posted in a conspicuous place in every warehouse and office, reading "A copy of Montana grades and rules is on file here for information of interested parties".
2. (2) A warehouse operator shall exhibit a copy of the grades and rules to any interested party at any warehouse or office and permit the interested party to examine the copy.
