1. (1) The committee shall set the amount of the assessment each year in accordance with 80-11-206.
2. (2) Money deposited in the wheat and barley account pursuant to 80-11-210 is available for appropriation to the committee for purposes of carrying out research and marketing under this part.
3. (3) The committee may be assessed costs by the department for the services it provides upon request or pursuant to 2-15-121. However, the costs charged must have a substantial relationship to the cost of services supplied.
