As used in this part, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

1. (1) "Agricultural products" means crops, livestock, and livestock products.
2. (2) "Marketing" means all activities involved in getting agricultural products from the producer to the consumer and includes transportation, processing, and distribution.
