It is the duty of the public administrator to keep a book to be labeled "Register of Public Administrator" in which the public administrator shall enter:
- (1) the name of every deceased person on whose estate the public administrator administers;
- (2) the date of granting letters;
- (3) money received;
- (4) the property and its value;
- (5) proceeds of all sales of property;
- (6) the amount of the public administrator's fees;
- (7) the expenses of administration;
- (8) the amount of the estate after all charges and expenses have been paid;
- (9) the disposition of the property on distribution;
- (10) the date of discharge of administrator; and
- (11) other matters that may be necessary to give a full and complete history of each estate administered by the public administrator.
