Distribution of lease revenue

- (1) All revenue derived from leases authorized by 7-8-2231, except as otherwise provided, must be paid to the county treasurer and may be deposited in the county general fund.
- (2) The revenue described in subsection (1) may be used for any county purpose, including maintaining or preserving leased property.
