Deputies and personnel for consolidated offices

- (1) Whenever county offices are consolidated, the officer of the consolidated office may appoint as many deputies as are approved by the board or boards of county commissioners.
- (2) The board or boards shall determine the number of deputies, stenographers, and clerks the officers may appoint.
