Tax levy for public ferry -- combined ferry and bridge fund

- (1) Subject to 15-10-420, if a county owns or operates a public ferry, the board of county commissioners may levy a tax on the taxable value of all taxable property of the county for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, and repairing public ferries.
- (2) The board may combine the revenue from the tax authorized in this section with revenue from taxes to support bridges as provided in 7-14-2502.
