- (1) Not less than 30 days prior to the date of making the levy for operation and maintenance of the system, the county commissioners shall hold a public hearing on the resolution.
- (2) Notice clearly setting forth the subject matter of the hearing must be given by the commissioners by publication as provided in 7-1-2121.
