Subject to 7-1-201 and 7-1-203 and in addition to the following, a county may create administrative boards, districts, and commissions that are not otherwise provided for by law:

1. (1) county building commission;
2. (2) cemetery districts;
3. (3) county fair commission;
4. (4) mosquito control board;
5. (5) museum board;
6. (6) board of park commissioners;
7. (7) road district;
8. (8) rodent control board;
9. (9) solid waste district;
10. (10) television district;
11. (11) weed management district.
