Equipment safety commission funds

- (1) Pursuant to Article VI(1) of the compact, the vehicle equipment safety commission shall submit its budgets to the state budget director.
- (2) Pursuant to Article VI(5) of the compact, the department of administration may inspect the accounts of the vehicle equipment safety commission.
