1. (1) There is established the David Thatcher memorial highway on existing state highway 419 from state highway 419's intersection with state highway 78 to state highway 419's junction with Stillwater road.
2. (2) The department shall design and install appropriate signs marking the location of the David Thatcher memorial highway.
3. (3) Maps that identify roadways in Montana must be updated to include the location of the David Thatcher memorial highway when the department updates and publishes the state maps.
