1. (1) The costs incurred by the Montana early childhood account board in administering the programs described in 52-2-1003 must be paid for with money from the Montana early childhood account provided for in 52-2-1002. The board shall keep costs to a minimum and use existing office space, personnel, equipment, and supplies of the department of public health and human services to the extent possible.

2. (2)

   1. (a) By September 1 of each year, the department shall provide a written report to the children, families, health, and human services interim committee in accordance with 5-11-210.

   2. (b) The report must include the following information for each program or grant:

      1. (i) the project or activity for which it was awarded;
      2. (ii) the amount of the grant;
      3. (iii) proposed and actual uses of grant funds;
      4. (iv) the duration; and
      5. (v) its recipient.
