Purchaser to receive certificate of inspection

- (1) Any person purchasing any boiler, whether traction or stationary, shall be entitled to receive from the seller the certificates of inspection issued on such boiler.
- (2) Any person failing to comply with the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
