Each denturist shall comply with the following standards of practice:

1. (1) Each licensed denturist shall carry a current cardiopulmonary resuscitation card.
2. (2) Teeth and materials used must meet American dental association standards.
3. (3) Nonmetal full dentures must be permanently identified with the first and last name of the owner at the time of processing the dentures.
