1. (1) The secretary of state shall charge and collect a fee for each of the following:

   1. (a) filing articles of incorporation and issuing a certificate of incorporation;
   2. (b) filing articles of amendment and issuing a certificate of amendment;
   3. (c) filing articles of consolidation or merger and issuing a certificate of consolidation or merger;
   4. (d) filing articles of conversion and issuing a certificate of conversion;
   5. (e) filing a certificate of election to dissolve and issuing a certificate of election to dissolve;
   6. (f) filing articles of dissolution and issuing a certificate of dissolution; and
   7. (g) filing a certificate of change of principal office and issuing a certificate of change of principal office.
2. (2) Fees pursuant to this section must be set and deposited in accordance with 2-15-405.
