Unauthorized Insurers Process Act -- interpretation

En. Sec. 178, Ch. 286, L. 1959; R.C.M. 1947, 40-3403.

(1) Sections 33-1-611 through 33-1-616 constitute and may be cited as the "Unauthorized Insurers Process Act".
(2) Such act shall be so interpreted as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it.
