Mont. Code Ann. § 32-2-830

Loan production office -- rulemaking

En. Sec. 15, Ch. 431, L. 2021.

(1) A mutual association may:
1. (a) establish and maintain a loan production office only after giving notice to the department; or
2. (b) relocate or close a loan production office after giving notice to its customers and the department.
(2) The department may adopt rules to implement this section.
