Mont. Code Ann. § 30-14-905
Recovery on illegal contracts forbidden
En. Sec. 5, Ch. 486, L. 1991.
A contract, express or implied, made by a person in violation of the provisions of 30-14-901 is an illegal contract, and no recovery may be had on the contract.
