- (1) Each trial before a judge pro tempore must be conducted in a suitable room in the courthouse in the judicial district where the action was filed, unless the parties or their attorneys stipulate in writing that the trial may be held elsewhere.
- (2) All records must be filed and kept in accordance with the rules governing the district court where the action was filed.
