Mont. Code Ann. § 3-12-105

Location -- hours

(1) The small claims court shall be located in the appropriate district and shall be open as required by the district judge.
(2) In the event that more than one small claims court judge has been appointed, the judges so appointed may divide their responsibility hereunder.
