1. (1) The district court council shall adopt policies and procedures to administer the state-funded district court program as established in 3-5-901.
2. (2) The court administrator appointed under 3-1-701 shall administer the policies and procedures adopted under this section.
3. (3) Money appropriated for the district court program may not be used for any other purpose.
