As used in this part, the following definitions apply:

1. (1) "Commission" means the commission on courts of limited jurisdiction established by the supreme court.

2. (2) "Judge" means:

   1. (a) a municipal court judge;
   2. (b) a justice of the peace; or
   3. (c) a city judge.
