Mont. Code Ann. § 3-1-125

County to provide district court office space

En. Sec. 2, Ch. 585, L. 2001.

(1) Each county or consolidated city-county government shall provide office, courtroom, and other space for district court operations.
(2) Costs of providing office, courtroom, and other space for district court operations are a district court expense within the meaning of 7-6-2511.
