(Temporary) Types of obligations involving several persons

Except as provided in 27-1-703, an obligation imposed upon several persons or a right created in favor of several persons may be:
- (1) joint;
- (2) several; or
- (3) joint and several. (Terminates on occurrence of contingency--sec. 11(2), Ch. 429, L. 1997.)
