Mont. Code Ann. § 23-5-702

Casino nights authorized

En. Sec. 15, Ch. 647, L. 1991.

(1) Nonprofit organizations may conduct or participate in a casino night.
(2) The following gambling activities may be conducted during a casino night:
1. (a) live card games authorized under 23-5-311;
2. (b) live bingo and keno games; and
3. (c) raffles.
