1. (1) Whenever a board, committee, commission, or advisory council of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch publishes a report, such as an audit report, program evaluation report, research report, or statutorily required report, the board, committee, commission, or advisory council shall publish in the report:

   1. (a) the name of each board, committee, commission, or advisory council member;
   2. (b) an address, telephone number, or e-mail address for each board, committee, commission, or advisory council member; and
   3. (c) the term of each board, committee, commission, or advisory council member, including the date that the member's term expires.
2. (2) Each executive, legislative, and judicial branch board, committee, commission, or advisory council shall ensure that the information required under subsection (1) is readily available on a website.
3. (3) This section is not intended to apply to administrative documents, such as memoranda or letters.
