Specifications -- rules

En. Sec. 29, Ch. 519, L. 1983.

(1) The department shall adopt rules governing the preparation, maintenance, and content of specifications for supplies and services required by the state.
(2) The department shall prepare, issue, revise, maintain, and monitor the use of specifications for supplies and services required by the state.
