1. (1) A political subdivision or school district may adopt any or all parts of this chapter and the accompanying rules promulgated by the department.
2. (2) A governing body, as defined in 18-2-501, may adopt the provisions of Title 18, chapter 2, part 5, and use an alternative project delivery contract.
